"Dr. White had lots of paperwork to fill out about my insurance and requesting billing information upfront, but no questions at all about why I was seeking counseling. My first appointment was three weeks out from when I sent the intake paperwork, yet she was not able to answer basic questions to confirm how much I would be billed for the session. I asked if i would get a receipt, she said she wouldn't have time to send that. She said she would follow up with me after receiving the information from insurance so that we would know what the ongoing cost would be. She did not follow up with that information, as promised, but was very prompt in billing immediately after insurance authorization came through for our first and only session. I did wait a month before posting this to give ample time for her to reach out to me. Interested in money, not in helping me."
