My boyfriend tried to call to schedule me a prenatal massage for 2 weeks and no one answered the phone he finally had to come in to schedule an appointment last weekend. The appointment card says l was scheduled at 8 am but 8 get here the door says they open at 9 so I wait 15 minutes later someone finally shows up at the front desk he isn't groomed his uniform is dirty and he informs me my appointment was actually scheduled at 845 am. I request a refund and have spent the entire hr I was supposed to be getting my massage waiting for email responses from his manager. And she says she can't give me a full refund unless she speaks to my boyfriend. Do you have any idea how hard it is to get up at 7am when your 8 months pregnant and work 5 Days a Week?!?! I now have to call a different director of operations just to get a full refund DO NOT GO HERE"
