After only 4 weeks of tenancy he began offering us money to move out, dispute our clean yard, residency, flawless payment history, and good standing in the community. When we declined his offers, Reito then fraudulently claimed that he was selling the house, forcing a single father and his daughter into the streets. We are pursuing a lawsuit against him, and we highly recommend avoiding him for any reason whatsoever."
