"The staff are the embodiment of the sitcom worst restaurant. They will leave you on hold when they don't want to answer a question, waiting for you to hang up. I stayed on hold for two hours after hearing the manager tell the receptionist to put me on hold because she didn't want to talk to me about lost items. Then proceed to lie about giving my lost items back. The place isn't open for days at a time, making it impossible to retrieve items when just visiting the area. I went back morning and night for three days and no one was on premises to retrieve my items. Considered stolen now."

"We did not have silverware until our second course. The waiter did not clear the table until asked, not even between courses. Food was ok. Not like the other reviews."

"Our family of 11visited Glenwood Springs for the Labor Day weekend to celebrate two birthdays. We researched restaurants and had difficulty finding a restaurant that could handle 11 of us on a holiday weekend. I read the great reviews for the Kitchen at Ironbridge and contacted the manager by email. She set us up with a reservation for dinner. When we arrived the table was setup in an area that we had to ourselves. The scenery was awesome !The service was outstanding ! The food was great ? Many of us had filet which was cooked to perfection for each one of us. We had the perfect birthday celebration. We'd highly recommend The Kitchen at Ironbridge for a great dining experience."

"I had a wonderful, beet salad. Fresh crispy greens and dressed just right. I also enjoy the French onion soup; a lovely winter dish that I would definitely go back for, could be a meal in itself. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. I enjoyed a nice Cupertino wine! The wine list is very diverse, mostly central coast California to Italy."
