"Much like many of the reviews this place is a nightmare. Let’s start with the therapy groups where Lindsey Spraker personally attacked a member of the group for her mental health issues. Or when counselors will have 30 mins quick calls to check in and bill over 100+ for individual meetings that don’t amount to anything. The turnover rate is even high with employees. With my time there for 6 months, two counselors have quit and I can only imagine the stories they’d have to tell. My main issue with Lifelong is their inability to have price transparency when it comes to their classes. They state taxes and income stubs should suffice but they end up making up their own total based on their opinion of what you can afford…..that’s not a sliding scale. Wash your hands clean of this place and chose somewhere else for your treatment unless you’d like to be in probation longer than the courts have determined."

"Stephanie Gutierrez is an amazing woman who helped me in so many ways develop a better relationship with my son through supervised visits. When I relapsed, she continued to encourage me to get back to the great father that I am without judgment. She's helped me with advice on multiple topics dealing with things such as treatment, sober living, and situations in life. My son loves Stephanie and is very fond of her. We will definitely miss her as our case is close to an end. Thank you Stephanie for all you have done for us"

"Literally make me want to commit suicide, they are not here to help you they will run you into the ground until you give up on yourself. Lindsey teaches about power and control but is just a regular old human being with power and control problems as well. For DV womens groups— Don’t be open with them they’ll use anything against you"

"They took my case in October and didn't read my case report that I gave them within a week of starting so I wasted a lot of money with the wrong supervisor and the refuse to take responsibility for their part of not doing there job and Ericka has continued to gaslight me when confronted with things. Rammie and Ericka need to be fired. Not professional at all also took over a month to even get in contact with Erika .then I was told I could pay the same 90 since they messed up and then that was taken back and charged 135 a week. They also never answer the phone at the office even though they are there."

"I cannot say enough good things about Brandon Murphy. In short, he changed my life. He was an excellent group leader. He is intelligent, engaging and very caring. He took time for everyone in our group – both within class and outside. Clearly, he cares about the people he is leading. He is not afraid to challenge those in the group, when that is necessary. Likewise, he is very supportive when that is appropriate too. He did a great job of bringing everyone together and advancing topics that helped everyone in the group. Brandon is the best!"
