"We have never experienced such an unprofessional medical office setting. We had a confirmed appointment at the Westminster location only to find out after an hour and 45 minutes we were at the wrong location. Multiple doctors walked back and forth around us and helped at least 4 other patients before we had to STOP someone to help us. Maybe a receptionist could have helped solved this issue within 10minutes tops? Since we have no experience with any actual doctor this is no reflection on the quality of service. Only a review of the lack of communication of scheduling staff."

"Most professionals and doctors offer a 30 minute free consultation to make sure you and the therapist will be a good fit. I was told by the receptionist that this office will not budge on this policy and that even if the therapist and I feel we are not a good fit I would still owe them $150 for a consultation. This seems completely unreasonable. There are plenty of offices that will provide free consultations, I will go with one of them."

"I had made appointment with a therapist there by name of Cherie Barnes. What a disaster. I’ve never encountered such a hostile and rude person and she’s licensed to provide mental help??? I finally left after 5 minutes of her meanness and hostilities and will report this to the office that referred me to her. It was not only a cruel and heartbreaking experience but a waste of my gas and time. If you’re looking for guidance with life’s problems and issues, steer clear of the anti Christ of counselors. On a final note, the gentlemen receptionist up front was very kind and professional- traits that Cherie lacked."
