"After speaking to Troy Schimek on 9/7 for the initial relationship counseling consultation, I booked a session on 9/13 which he canceled approximately 30 minutes before the session for car trouble. I rebooked for the following week, on Tuesday, 9/19 and he did the same thing and canceled 30 minutes before the session. This time he was "sick". I understand that things happen, but when you charge $100 for less than 24 hours notice of cancelation, and then he cancels VIRTUAL sessions with half an hour's notice, that unreliability and double standard is pretty astounding. I emailed Higher Sights about this, and the founder of the company Lindsey, called me and was absolutely AWESOME. She was unaware that this was going on with Troy over the last couple of weeks and made a point to go out of her way to find another counselor for us. She was understanding and helpful, and made me feel secure in the knowledge that she would do whatever she could to help us get a resolution."
