"I was in a lot of hip pain when I first went to Mike. I had the pain for over 3 months every day. It took a few weeks but they got better. I am a triathlete so they would flare up during events or intense training. He would always help. He also changed the positioning of the cleats on my bike shoes which was a tremendous help. He does bike fits and looked at photos of my position on my racing bike. Then he sent me to Pilates saying that is what I needed for the problem. I am no longer in pain. I am so impressed that he doesn't have the kind of ego most medically trained people have and he recommended something else he knew would help.
