"Went into the store on March 10 to see if they could help me with my right sole as it was cracking after only 3 months of wear. The two individuals were not helpful at all. Stating that these sole will last 9-12 months with everyday use until I told them it had only been 3 months. They tried to sell me a resole for $100. I can't afford to resole these four times a year. Edit: After getting Red Wings customer support involved apparently the employees I dealt with told the manager of the store that they told me I should come back when he was around. This is not true."
