"I first came to High Desert when I moved for college in the Fall of 2023 and I was really nervous since I didn’t know anybody there. Instantly when my horse Deeno and I stepped on property we we’re welcomed by the wonderful staff there. My horse was know as a barn favorite and it really helped me feel better knowing that he was in such good care with Annie, the barn is a beautiful facility and I can’t think of any flaws I’ve come across. Both me and my horse love the variety of arenas and trails sureounding the property! I started lessoning with Riley and she was absolutely wonderful, she cared a lot about the horse and rider partnership. Again, I was extremely nervous at first but now I still consider them my family eventhough I don’t ride there anymore."

"I keep 2 (+ my friends 2 horses) here and the facility / community is amazing! I run a lesson program here which the owners graciously let me run! Not only do I love the facility, but so do my students and horses! With so much room to spread out and the desert being so close, there is nothing you can’t do here! Thanks Annie and David!"

"A lovely barn, in a beautiful setting. The owners keep the facility in tip top shape and very clean. They have made a lot of improvements and continue to upgrade daily. The staff is very conscience of keeping an eye on your horse and provide great care. They really take an interest in your horse and make an effort to even learn your horses name. I appreciate the variety of boarding options, riding options and access to public lands. There are outdoor arena's, an indoor arena, round pens, jumps, working equation courses, and a nice walking/trotting path around the exterior of the property. My horse and I have found our horsey happy place, 100%! Annie is a lifelong horse owner/rider and it is obvious she has a vested interest in the care and managing of the whole operation."

There's a variety of options for your horse - outside runs with shelters, really nice indoor stalls with fans, private grass turnouts - all with safe, upgraded fencing, excellent grass and alfalfa hay (you choose what's best for your horse), will feed grain and supplements you provide, indoor and outdoor arenas with well maintained footing, access to trails The staff are awesome - knowledgeable, kind and conscientious. It's been a great place for my horse and I really appreciate knowing he's safe and well cared for"
