Why Knot Massage is a wellness center located in Fruita, Colorado, dedicated to helping individuals improve their health and well-being. In addition to therapeutic massage, we also offer sports massage designed to help your body feel stronger and more flexible. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 9am to 6pm, and Friday from 9am to 1pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
