"I went here a few months ago and this was the worst experience of my life. She looked at my stretch marks and told me only pregnant women have them. I came for extreme ovarian pain and was told to try going gluten free and it was likely an allergy. I felt like I was pushed to try supplements provided by the office and that would fix my problem."
"Dr Choi is not very open to questions as her patient. I feel she is more concerned with selling her supplements and bio meridian testing(very pricey) rather than listen to patient concerns. I did her entire regimen and followed her protocol but concerns I had and requests I had from blood work were not supported. She just wanted me to continue with biomeridian testing which was not a solution. I need a doctor who is willing to allow questions from me and realize I may not agree with all of her suggestions but we should be able to have a conversation to figure out issues. If you disagree with her? She lets you go as a patient"
"Absolutely horrible!!!! •They never sent over the email •Completely changed the cost and the way the appointment was going to be done •Incompetent staff (we saw two other clients with our similar problem with them just a full lack of Communication about there un usual rules being a scent free zone) •Asked about how we were going to pay three times but not one time asked my wife is OK didn’t even know who we were after going over this twice on the phone in the last three days!! We spoke on the phone twice was never told of some scent issue where if you or anyone you come with have any type of scent on your person or clothes they refuse to see you. Then they asked it might be ok if we pay cash, we told them yes but like we spoke on the phone This is an emergency visit and my wife has an extremely high anxiety problem when it comes to medical issues, they told us on the phone that it would be no issue that we could pay and be seen the same day, and now they wanted one payment to basically be checked in then another for my wife to come back when we are literally saying it’s a problem visit not a wellness over and over which had all been discussed over the phone. We told them we’d pay both fees if she was seen today but if we wasted our time by coming and she won’t even be seen by a doctor today then we don’t want to start and we’d go somewhere else, The receptionist immediately went back to the doctor came back out and told us the doctor could not see us because she could smell her perfume from a completely different room. We then listened how Teo other pacientes had basically the same problem in the 10min we sat there. The Receptionist seemed like a high school student she had no information was rude and completely unprofessional, we had told them in Two different conversations what we were different dealing with and my wife’s serious anxiety around the issue. You would think if we spoke to them twice we had a payed appointment they would have told us about the rule of no perfume or deodorant and they would have had someone waiting on my wife knowing The severity of the Situation"
"The most horrible experience for a person with anxiety. If I could put less stars, believe me I would. I called for an emergency semi consultation, they never sent me their famous “email”, I called again and they still didn’t. I explained more than once that I have a SEVERE ANXIETY PROBLEM, when I crossed the door the lady at the front desk got mad because I didn’t know I didn’t have to wear perfume because the doctor would “pass out” on me. She kept repeating if I was gonna pay in cash for sure. She didn’t admit that she didn’t told me this on the phone, she was very very rude and unprofessional. Well at the end of all this, this lady comes back and EVEN THO IT WAS AN EMERGENCY, the doctor decided to reschedule me. I complained to the receptionist and she kept doing rude gestures to me. This is unacceptable, I did my part telling this people I have a severe anxiety problem and they were more concern about their payment and my perfume than the real concern of an emergency."
