"I have been going to this practice for about 25 years and it has just gone downhill. I called to make my annual appointment and was told I HAD to see the doctor I saw last year even though her schedule did not work with mine and I have only ever seen her one other time . Ever since Dr. Voss left I have been passed on to another Dr and each one has left the practice. There is no flexibility to see another provider for the Parker location for whatever reason and have been told to call back for appointments starting in January because this particular doctors schedule was "too full" or she was not in on the ONE DAY OF THE WEEK she works at the Parker office. Who's here for who? Don't plan on calling back....."

"Let me help you - don’t even think about setting up an appointment with this clinic. Zero urgency and poor communication at best. The clinic had my wife take a couple of blood tests over about a week and a half, the last was a 3 days ago now and we’ve yet to hear back on the results. In the meantime, we were able to call another provider, who responded with urgency and attention based on less information than Esprit had. We’ve since been able to receive more care in the last 24 hrs than Esprit provided in over a week. Turns out my wife was experiencing a serious pregnancy condition and this office either hasn’t had the time or compassion to lift a finger"

"I went to Dr Sheldon at Esprt/OBGYN as a labor and delivery nurse my self I think Dr Sheldon is the most wonderful provider I have ever worked with. Her quality of care is superior, and she truly cares about her patients. She really goes the extra mile to make sure all needs are met. I became pregnant with my first child mid Coronavirus Pandemic, and of course chose Dr Sheldon. She was always there for me through the highs and lows of my high risk pregnancy. When time came to deliver I had the most wonderful birth experience, and felt extremely supported through every decision I made. I highly recommend Dr Sheldon for any area of women’s healthcare she is simple the greatest!"
