I had a abdominal scan the results said that one of the coils is perforating in my uterus but the only concern was that it looked like I had severe hip arthritis, you recommended another device which I'm sure you comps for? Or a full hysterectomy which then upset me and still does because I would like to have choices which you listed as the original reason for seeing you? An IVF? I have screenshots of my original report, so i know you changed it. Well My psychiatrist is concerned as the device has been recalled, so guess that means malpractice on your part?"

"I left the office in tears. I’m very disappointed in Dr. Reed as she made me feel ashamed for coming into the office to get my IUD checked. A little back story, my IUD had been displaced once before and I started to feel paranoid that it happened again. The first thing she says to me when she walks in the room was, “What are you doing here?” In the most condescending tone I’ve ever heard! She then SHAMES me for having it checked 3 times and claims that “once it’s placed it doesn’t move.” I go to explain my backstory and she again says, “so what are you doing here?” As if I’m the biggest bother in the world to her, or, as if I’m some stupid young adult. To her surprise, it was displaced and I need it removed, again. I should NEVER feel ashamed for coming in for a check up when I can feel something is wrong. This was just the beginning though. Dr. Reed does not understand that “no” means NO. She kept trying to push her personal beliefs onto me and tried to “peer pressure” me when I would disagree or say no. I’m not sure if she thought that because I am young I would be naïve, but that is not the case and I will not stand for the way I was treated. Lastly, Dr. Reed does not care about how much pain you’re in but rather how far you can spread your knees apart. She got visibly and verbally annoyed that I was in pain and the only person who was helpful was the sweet nurse in the room. Dr. Reed should NOT be in the medical field and my disappointment spreads to the Lakewood medical office for overlooking her past actions as well. Dr. Reed is very unprofessional."

"Probably the worst Doctor I have ever seen. She criticized me for being overweight. Basically said I won't be able to conceive. I have two living children. I left the office in tears. A doctor should never force something on you. That's how I felt when I left. She has no bed side manner and no empathy or sympathy for her patients. She should not be in the medical profession. Very disappointed in Kaiser Lakewood OBGYN."

"Dr. Reed was incredibly thoughtful and helpful during my visit. She came to the appointment prepared and ready to talk through options for birth control I didn't know I had. I really appreciated her listening and getting me the best option for me. She was very respectful and I never felt like she was in a rush, she was very present with me."

"I left the office in tears! I declined the transvaginal u/s and requested the pelvic u/s instead. Felt like the doc was retaliating against me for this. I had to ask her to face the monitor towards me & to explain the image. She shut off the ultrasound while I was asking a question about the image. She refused to print out a copy of the u/s for me. Citing that she couldn't even take a photo copy of the image she printed for herself. And stated I had to take a copy w/my phone. She refused to answer any pregnancy questions and just kept saying I need to focus on growing my baby. Doc is out of Lakewood, CO Office currently. I wound up switching to the Lone Tree office to ensure she wouldn't be my delivery doctor. I am extremely disappointed that Kaiser will not allow you to choose your own OBGYN. I have since reported her and even found out a coworker had seen her the year before and reported her as well. And other sites show more of the same complaints and yet she is still with Kaiser. I have since switched insurance providers."
