In a changed world where employees now have more choices, go to a place that has more than 1 week of vacation, sick time is actually a benefit, maternity leave is granted, and hourly employees don't have to worry about getting a random call to come in, and then be fired for not. EDIT: To the response from the owner asking what they can do to get 5 stars, you can bring your employee benefits in line with your competition."
