"Unfortunately we have had nothing but issues with this agency since making the move to farmers 18 months ago. Agent that handled our account misrepresented that she’s handle all prior insurance policy closings and disappeared after we were signed up so no follow up. When we had a claim, the Farmers adjuster got the entire sequence of events leading to damage incorrect even after 3 follow up calls. Agency essentially did nothing to assist in claim and we were stuck with $50k bill. Would never recommend this agency or Farmers."

"I was with this office around 6 years before it became Matthew Moriarty. They use to do a good job aside from sandy could never figure figure out auto withdrawal for me.. so i had to call every month wich was annoying but not bad. Since the office changed the claim i filed was handled horribly. Resulting in me having to say you guys work for me, not the other way around. Ridiculous. I canceled and left to state farm. Even leaving they screwed up and prematurely cut a check from my escrow which i then had to resolve their mistake. Nothing but issues since the office change in my experience!! -since i cannot reply.. i had to fight the adjuster tooth n nail for a second opinion which he then dropped the ball several times leading to it never being resolved. I still have the info from the shop fairway auto collision. May have not been your wrong doing but the company you represent did a absolutely horrible job! As far as the mortgage then why did i receive the check from you guys? Your not capable of handling the situation yourself? Again i felt as i worked for your company not the other way around."
