"I made multiple attempts to contact Bryan Eyermann--over six weeks--all went unanswered. Due to the non emergent nature of my calls/emails I was not terribly discomforted. However, if I was unable to discuss my policy questions with Bryan Eyermann, it is highly reflective to me what a claim process would be like and for that reason I would highly advise potential customers to seek insurance elsewhere. After reading other reviews, it is a clear pattern with Bryan Eyermann that customer service is not something he prioritizes. Also, note that 12 of the 40 reviews are rated at 1 star. Due to googles unequitable weight distribution of higher reviews it shows an unrealistic rating of 4/5 stars. In reality, the information gleaned from Byran Eyermanns reviews is that 30% of his customers are highly dissatisfied. Objectively, that is beyond the acceptable standard deviation and illustrates the lack of industry accountability."

"If I could give them no stars I would, this is by far the worst insurance agent I have ever had and the only one I will be switching from ever. The lack of the basic concept of customer service which is actually answering the phone. Still waiting on a call back since September, I have left multiple voicemails with no response back. Randy who works there is incompetent and one of the major reasons I am switching as well as instead of saving me money they cost me more money in the long run. Bryan has never been in the office since I have tried to reach him and his staff is so incompetent I’m surprised this location hasn’t had more complaints. If you want an agent who never picks up the phone and can’t fix issues this is your location. If you actually want to talk to someone choose a different agent. For the 100+ calls I’ve made I have maybe been able to reach them 4 times with the people in the office not being able to resolve my issue and Bryan has never been there to resolve. Calling the care number they state they need the agent to fix the error. Guess what they can’t reach him either! If this review helps at least one person to move to a different agent amazing. State Farm other than this agent has been amazing."

"I signed up for a Renter’s insurance policy and needed to make a simple change. I could never get ahold of this office whether it was email or calling. I tried calling many times and State Farm customer service called a few times as well during their hours of operation. Never a response. I’m sure the reps and agents are nice, but I could never get in touch to know. I’ve since switched agents. If I could never get in touch for a policy change, imagine if I needed to submit or review a claim…"

"This a top notch insurance agency. Bryan, the owner, takes time to make sure my policy has all the right things in it. I also had a second car that I added and the total price for me with MORE coverage from when I was with AllState was $100 LESS!!! I also appreciate the personal approach. I’ve spoken with Colleen, Randy, and Andy and all of them make me feel like I’m talking with family. I truly feel taken care of and I know this team will do the right thing and have your back when you need them. If you are considering insurance, I would definitely recommend this office. They are easy to talk with and are “on it” - they certainly seem passionate about their craft and I appreciate them"
