"I cancelled my (extremely overpriced policy) with three weeks' notice. He failed to actually cancel the policy, and the full payment was pulled from my account a month later. After cancelling the policy, he provided no confirmation of the refund or how it would be delivered. When I requested proof again of the refund he simply responded with a screenshot and not another word. Completely unprofessional. Go somewhere else."

"Becareful with this guy. He cancelled my home insurance when the hail storm in 2017. They sent me a letter saying that the roof has multiple layers of shingles to cancel the insurance. When there was only 1 layer and roof was 1 year old and no one came to look at the roof. I used to do roofing for work. I know they were lying to sell me this American modern insurance. I got a letter from the mortgage saying that there was no insurance on the house, when we got the hail storm I called him again and he said my policy was active and I said well im going to make a claim because my roof got damage, and he say unfortunately you are not insured with us don't trust this guy"
