"If you are looking for customer service avoid this business. Multiple times I have entered this location and am not even acknowledged nor asked if I could use any help. I’m not looking for somebody walking around the entire store helping me constantly but a simple acknowledgement of “hello, welcome to Joann’s” would go a long way. The employees attitude at the register is quite lacking of a positive experience, when asking why my coupons didn’t work, the employee told me “I have absolutely no idea”. A lack of knowledge is ok, I understand sometimes employees don’t know, but the employee’s decision to not try and find out the answer is what bothers me. This shows me they aren’t willing to provide the best service possible and instead will settle for generic answers not resulting in any sort of solution. Even when attempting to talk to the manager Darcy to find a solution, I was pushed off and told she was too busy to come talk to me. Due to the lack of and pure failure of customer service at this location, I will be finding somewhere else to take my business."
