"This is a place of healing. The rooms were clean. The building was safe with a church next door. The staff were professional and always willing to help however possible. I think that some of the people leaving reviews here are confused about who's fault their problems are. The red tent center is a legitimate and trustworthy establishment that we all should be thankful for."

"I thought long and hard about making this review, but need to prevent an abuse of power from the center. Unfortunately, they lied about my child being an anaphylaxis during a visit. They blamed my other child for reporting it to me because he was old enough to have a cell phone. They then tried to say the child with the cell phone lied. That child did not lie in fact, that Child recorded the audio of the entire session because he felt so uncomfortable in that center. I reported the center to Dhs, which is where I was told to report the center.. Unfortunately, Dhs did not investigate. However, Childrens Hospital and Hospital social workers did make Individual and independent reports backing up the evidence from my child, as well as what I stated. they also misinterpret orders and don’t actually go to a higher level to get the correct understanding of what they mean. Instead, they will favor the parent that they are getting money from. They talk bad about other parents. That’s also on the audio. It’s very much a biased Center, the harm that was done to my two children in that visit is unacceptable. I had three other children in the visit prior the amount of things that were discussed that were inappropriate and not shut down is questionable. How is someone allowed to speak about AR 15 and shooting a gun to their children when they’re under a criminal protection order? And that not be notified to the other parent at pick up? That is an extremely big red flag. That’s how children and women are killed."

"Avoid this place if you love your child and want what's in their best interest. Mary does this for money, not to keep the kids safe. She breaks her own company policies and when you confront her about it, she makes it sound like you are the problem. She will support the parent who has a history of child abuse and side with them in court if called to testify. Very unethical, shady and harmful to children. Please go anywhere else!"

"I felt that the Red Tent Family Center was very none biased for the period of SV and were able to give factual feedback and also took general notes to describe the observed interactions that happened at the center. They were very comforting and relational to my baby girl so that for that period they gave her a sense that they were a safe and fun to be around were she felt like she had a relationship and was able to express her emotions and feelings safe in expressing and playing at the center."
