"Little Folks Learning Center on Niagara is full of child abusers including the Director. My children got bitten by other children which they watched happen and did nothing, were let to stay in urine filled clothes all day among other AWFUL things they let happen and had no concern. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Don't walk, run away from this place."
"I am so grateful for the care and instruction my son has received at Little Folks Learning Center. The teachers and staff are caring, friendly, and attentive. My son loves and trusts his teachers, and has learned so much at this daycare -- from ABCs to songs/dancing to potty training to drawing to please/thank you/excuse me, etc. As a working parent, their hours are a plus, and the fact that they provide meals and snacks is a huge bonus. Very much recommend."
"Warning..... This Place is horrible.. My son who is 3 was their for 2 months and they were so mean to him.. he had Surgery last year after being on a oxygen Machine all his life because he couldn’t breath so this year we wanted to focus on him catching up with his Speech. We have been working with solace who are Occupational and speech therapist who visits my son at daycare twice a week and they didn’t even want my son at this daycare.. they kept lying on my son saying he was bitting all the kids But failed to provide correct incident reports or any proof, they kept Recommending Disability daycare centers for my son even though he is not Disabled.. ( He only has a small speech Delay and he was already evaluated by the state and deemed non-disabled) They Just did not want him their because they Didn’t want any speech and occupational therapist at their daycare. They also kept lying on the solace therapist saying that they weren’t showing up seeing my son even though Didn’t know the solace Therapist would video recorded each visit and send it to me Before they left. They also refused to keep My son on track with potty training, And they kick my son out of the daycare without any incident or notice even tho they were already paid up for the month.. Do not take your children here” they do not care” they lie on you and your children” And you will loose your money.."
"Our daughter, now two, has attended Little Folks Learning Center since she was 11 weeks old. It is such a joy to know that she is surrounded by loving, caring adults in a safe environment every day while I go to work. This center is very clean and exceedingly well run. The owners are responsive to questions and open to feedback. The staff are warm, caring and professional. Many of them are pursuing advanced certifications in Early Childhood Education. Even the teachers who are not in my daughter's classroom know her name and greet her every day. Seriously, the staff here love and cherish my child and are part of my "village" helping to raise a caring child who will be ready to take on school and the world. I appreciate them so, so much!!"
"I went there for a tour and the director seemed uninterested In my children and even as she was talking to me stopped to talk to someone else. And she kept forgetting that i said my child was breastfed. As we went to see the rooms the lights in the hall way was off and the kids were sleeping I don't know why the lights were off in the hallway though. This was weird to me. The infant class room was very small and there was one child who was crying and as I watched her no one was trying to tend to her. Even as we were in the front office I still heard the same cry. I other pre schools i toured they said they are only allowed to let the baby cry 3 minutes. I would not recommend this child care facility to anyone."
