"My family has tried the doughnuts half a dozen times and all but one experience have been poor. The doughnuts freshness are hit/miss and two different staff workers indicated the doughnuts were not fresh the day of and recommended we not select a few different types if we wanted fresh doughnuts. We have also purchased doughnuts that we have asked for from the glass shelf and the doughnuts we ended up with were from behind the glass and would presume were older and not even the same type of doughnut asked for only to find out when home. Was excited to see Winchells open in our neighborhood but the inconsistent product freshness and service needs to be addressed as we have also heard similar reviews from nearby neighbors. Please address and not serve day or two day old doughnuts to retain customer acquisition. Thanks"

"Spectacular. The coffee is always fresh and hot. Amazing pastry selection - these are donuts and such but way better than grocery or other shops. Breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks. Tables and chairs. Ya gotta check it out."
