"Pretty disappointed with my ski shop experience. Casey, the guy who works in the shop is great. Everyone else was really inefficient and it took FOREVER to get rentals. They kept doing and redoing transactions and I felt like I was being ripped off left and right and it was a genuinely irritating process. Last year, the guy who sold me my entire set up totally sold me the wrong equipment, wrong sizing etc. And i only had to waste my time here all day because I wasn't helped right the first time and that sucks."

"The store was organized well, and the employees out on the floor were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, an associate they had working at the register completely ruined my experience. Madilyn should not be allowed to speak to customers; the service was so rude and condescending, that I don't think I plan to shop REI in the future. I'm surprised this is the kind of employee they allow to be so customer-facing."

"The helpful staff in the shop reserved a bike for me while I made the drive to pick it up. They helped me with a test ride and making sure the bike was in good shape for me to ride out with it. Great deal on a bike someone else returned, I’m very happy with my experience there."

"Nice store to shop for ski stuff and other outdoors type activities. Limited selections on my particular need and the one I picked seemed to be outrageous in price but I don’t think it was the stores pricing and it was just after Christmas so it’s most likely my timing. The service was excellent."
