"Not sure people really look at reviews here but I gotta warn everyone that Liberty Mutual was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any Insurance company, My car was struck by a mail truck and the driver admitted fault, after not totaling my car it was sent to be repaired and took over 6 months to be returned after they spent $21,000 to fix it, that is not an exaggerated number I was livid when I saw the final bill, liberty mutual did not reimburse me for my rental car and forced me to pay my 1000$ dollar deductible and did not reimburse me for that till over a year later. Truly just awful, I'd recommend you run far far away from this office before something similar happens to you and they send you down the river without a paddle."

"This company is one of the worse to insure your cars. They promise you an amount for a year, promising won't be any changes along, but not, liars. Stupids people, they stole my money from my checking account without any notice, increased the amounts. Becareful. Don't trust what they offer you when you do a quote. So regretful to be with them."
