"Trash, health insurance! Cigna is a deplorable organization that employs the most atrocious, greediest, heartless, repulsive pieces of filth scumbag-humans in the industry."
"Worse insurance company I've ever had. IF you can get someone in customer service they either lie to you or hang up on you. I've been fighting with cigna about taking my premium from my retirement check and my bank account. They claim they are not taking the premium out of my retirement check but I have monthly statements showing otherwise. So my warning to all of you is do not buy coverage from this carrier. They deny coverage after telling you items are covered when you are deciding whether or not to buy their coverage. I have lost many nights of sleep worrying about how to stop then from taking double premiums. My cardiologist has notice high stress levels during my exams that I did not have before doing business with this horrible company. They are legally scamming the elders of our country. Do not apply for any kind of insurance with Cigna. If you do you will be sorry."
