"Rude and unprofessional. Had applied, asked if I could I terview Wednesday at 1pm. Said I had a medical appointment, the lady scoffed “at 1 pm??”. Ofc I replied yes as otherwise I wouldn’t have mentionné it to her. She proceeds to say well call back when you’re ready. Tried to hold her and say that I had other availability but she cut me off saying I’d have to call back visibly upset I couldn’t meet with her on her terms. Got a call this morning, different individual but turned him down right away. Let me say this, the toxic behavior this lady portrayed showed me everything I need to know about this miserable entity. Will never work for you, step foot in one of your building and neither will I EVER consider to be your client. Well done."

"They took advantage of my father when he had Stage 4 cancer. What they told him and my mother was not the case when I was looking into the policy. High pressure sales tactics, Bait and Switch, Do your homework with this company. Check Consumer Affairs, Inside Edition, Federal investigations. Fortunately or Unfortunately my parents only had the policy for 2 years before we canceled it. I would of been more upset if my parents paid into it for 20-30 years. Put your $$$$ elsewhere."
