"Update: They called and made everything right with the scheduling mix up. Greatly appreciated! The care my mother received while at Morningstar was very good. However, when my mom decided to move out, she asked if she could continue receiving care from Bloom since she lived nearby. They agreed to do so but after making an appointment months in advance, nobody showed up and nobody cared enough to call to reschedule. When we called, they agreed to come the next day and again, nobody showed up. We cleared our schedules to accommodate a fluid timeline and still the provider was a NO SHOW. If you don't want her as a patient just say so, we waited for a MONTH to have this appointment. Very disappointing, unprofessional and rude."

"I posted previously then deleted it in (?). No one at fault especially Bloom. My mother passed away January 27, 2024. I didn’t get to bury my mom till February 13th.. Per Bloom they take it seriously. Why was my mother’s death certificate not signed till February 5th. I got a call from Bloom on the 6th due to my review. Per Bloom we take it very seriously and do not find us at fault. Then who is? Don’t know. All I know is it took 9 days to sign my Mother’s death certificate. This held up my mother’s transport to another State so I could have her laid to rest. Unforgivable and I will not delete this review!! When you all figure it out let the funeral home know. I will not talk or trust you all."

"I’d like to highlight how good Bloom Healthcare has been. Every single care provider I’ve had for my grandparents does a good job providing care. Where Bloom really stands out though is in the communication during their care and then the resources offered to me even after Bloom no longer was providing services. The overall support and care that they offered my grandparents was great and the fact that they also supported ME during this I think just highlights how great of an organization this is. For anyone considering primary care or hospice through Bloom for their loved ones, you will not be left in the dark communication wise. Which is a common trait I’ve seen with other companies as my grandparents progressed through their end-of-life care."

"I write this review to hopefully give some direction to other people who may be in the same spot. I chose Bloom to be the primary care provider and the hospice for my grandparents as they entered that stage. I can’t put into words how eternally grateful I am to Bloom for making this process so easy. And the communication they provided to me during my grandparents’s time with them. We first came into contact with bloom when I needed them for primary care with my grand parents at their house. They were Amazing! I can’t begin to express how good the quality of care was. And then as they progressed through and eventually needed hospice we figured there would be no better company than Bloom. And it is safe to say that in my grandparent’s final moments they were comfortable thanks to Bloom. So I write this review to not only thank Bloom for the amazing care they provided in my grandparent’s final moments, but also to anyone considering Bloom, and to let those people know that their loved ones will be taken care of if they choose to go with Bloom.
