"I was recommended to work with Stephanie Kwasnireski however I’ve been less than impressed with her communication skills and professionalism. I used her for my 2023 health plan and unfortunately now Friday Health is going out of business. When I talked with her last week, I mentioned that I would be finding a new insurance agent for 2024 but would continue with her and Friday Health for 2023. Yesterday I received an email that Colorado is shutting down Friday Health as of August 31st. Instead of being helpful and professional, Stephanie basically told me to find another broker to do the work since I won’t be using her next year. I found this to be unprofessional and vindictive. She and I had communication issues in the past but nothing prepared me for the lack of professionalism that I experienced."
