"I have neve had a worse experience dealing with an insurance company or agent than with Lee Major. After signing me up with my policy he became unresponsive to my calls. Everytime after our initial conversation his only response was that I should call the insurance company's customer service line instead of him. When I cancelled my policy to go with another company he never passed along the cancellation notice to the Hartford resulting in me getting billed twice (once by the old company and once by the new). I'm currently working on getting my refund from the original company and was of course told to call the Hartford directly. Call whatever company you're interested in directly. Lee added zero value to my experience but caused plenty of inconvenience."
