"I went to this location and used a gift card. The young girl at the drive through if I wanted the card back as it had no balance left, so I said no. When I met up with a friend right after that we were talking and and she mentioned that the same thing happened at the same location a month earlier and they kept her gift card balance. So I went to look at my receipt and there was also a balance left on mine as well! I believe she ran the gift card again and put it in her pocket. Not cool! My friend didn't say anything but I will. That is not okay. And I called three days in a row to talk to the manager who "just left" each time. So I emailed corporate and still have not heard a word back from them."
"I feel like this location is unique. The staff is especially friendly and patient. They are extremely helpful too. It didn’t feel like other stores that feel so chaotic. I appreciate it."
