"I prefer picking up my order in store, but the atmosphere is a bit too "cozy" for my comfort. The ability to order and pay using the app is convenient and the app is easy to use. It is better that the orders are generally ready to pick up as soon as I walk in, making it a quick in and out. I have noticed that during the last couple of times I ordered something for in store pick up, I wasn't greeted when I came in. I wasn't acknowledged by any staff member at all. I received no friendly smile, no hello, or any kind of welcome. In fact, no staff member said anything to me at all. It was not very personable, I didn't feel like a valued customer."

"This location used to be my favorite but the last 3 times we have came our drinks are wrong. We got the new drinks with the olive oil golden foam we have gotten at other locations perfect, well today it looks like they just poured olive oil on top of our drinks completely separated and broken not even drinkable. When trying to explain to the barista what is wrong he says oh the foams there it just sunk to the bottom no sir there's zero golden foam. Do not go to this location. The manager doesn't care and has an excuse for everything. We literally went Thur the drive Thur and went in to get it fixed and the manager said I didn't make this, like lady yea we just came out the drive Thur. Avoid this location if you want your drinks made right."

"I used to love this location but it’s just gone so downhill, drinks and service is lacking. I paid extra for caramel drizzle and this is what I got. Also food is thrown into bags, and always forget my cake pops. I tried to give it another chance but just another let down."
