"We came by around 1pm on 2/11, and we have been to this location many times with no complaints. This visit sadly was our worst experience. As we waited very patiently to get up to the window, we had a few very rude glances our way from the employees. When we got to the window and proceeded to order, the employee was rude, condescending, and overall lacking in customer service. The employee had a think mustache, tan carharrt type pants."
"I've lived by this Dutch Bro's for 4 years and have happily given them so much of my money over the years. Lately this location has gotten so awful. The coffees haven't been nearly as good and today the girl working was incredibly rude to me!!!! Then she had the audacity to just go ahead and give herself a tip without even asking me through the app. Had she asked I would have said heck no you were rude and condescending to me I am not tipping you. I am done with this location and you know what that means all my family is done too so they just lost a ton of money."
