"This location is inside a Safeway and does not have a drive thru as Google says. They usually only have two employees so one at register and one making the drinks which does cause the wait time to go up a bit so prepare yourself to wait usually about 15 minutes if there are people ahead of you. The employees have always been super nice though and I've never had a rude experience."

"This Short haired girl...was so rude to me....she had this shaven hair....when I Held my cup asking for water...she pulled back and she said I ll meet you down there! She is not a nice person...I'm surprised she is in service industry!!!!!! If you charge people with your shortness...you don't fit in the service industry.....She was so rude..and was short with me."

"Coffee drinks were very good. The young lady who took my order asked a lot of questions because I was ordering for my young grandchildren. She wanted to get the order right and she was successful! The reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because when I arrived there was only one person working and the line was longer than I was hoping it would be. When additional help arrived things moved a lot more smoothly."
