"This store needs more managers that are serious about their job the customers are paying for the order, it is not free!! My order was all wrong!! Seriously a venti not not even half way full, no sandwich, and a hot drink when needed to be cold! How much attention is that for customer service? when I called did not seem to care, chuckling and only saying she was sorry she couldn’t be any help. Wow! This store needs managers that care about there customers."

"I've been going here everyday for many years. I've had employees roll there eyes and have attitudes because they put cinnamon in my drink that doesn't come with cinnamon in it. Not to mention I'm allergic to cinnamon. Yesterday (Sunday) about 12:40 I went and ordered my usual. Grande iced toasted vanilla shaken espresso with a extra shot. There was cinnamon all over it. I called and the lady goes well do you have a receipt? I said I would if you guys would have given me one but you didn't give me one. Like it's my fault. I asked her why she would ask this. And she said well you could have asked for a receipt. Then all of a sudden someone else gets on the phone and said what is the problem? Very unprofessional here."
