"Really disappointed by an employee, James, who immediately dismissed me after answering one of my questions once I received my order this week. He clearly heard my inquiry because he answered extremely quickly (and too blunt, if you ask me). It was not busy at all – no one was in line and 1 person was already seated at a table. This interaction left me feeling like I was not a valued guest and extremely disappointed in their treatment of paying customers. I wish I never gave them my business. Very unhappy."
