"This location is consistently busy (sometimes very, very busy) and I am impressed with the kind service I receive here. There is one gentleman (with longer hair, possibly a manager) who is always incredibly kind and welcoming. It does not go unnoticed!"
"Worst Starbucks location ever!! waited un line 39 minutes!! There was no way to leave the line. When I got to the window all three workers were leisurely standing around talking. A sign on the order board said short staffed, well that may be but you need to be hustling then."
"The only Starbucks in the whole area that makes drinks and coffee taste the same each time we stop by (every day), they are really nice and caring.. I just wish they could be open at later hrs other than that yes so recommended.."
"Just went through the drive thru (7:06 pm) and encountered the rudest barista. When I drove up the barista immediately let me know that there would be a wait to order. She was clearly in a bad mood. When she was ready to take the order, we politely asked for a pink drink small. Then a cold brew with extra sweet cream and cold foam. The barista right away and very rudely interrupts as I am are ordering. And says, "you want what?!" "Sweet cream in your pink drink?!" Clearly upset... I could HEAR her rolling her eyes back there. I just don't appreciate the attitude received from this person, still no way to treat others. She was clearly in a bad mood when I drove up. When i received my drink, there was no extra sweet cream or cold foam added. I felt like the barista was so rude I couldn't even tell her that my drink was made incorrectly. Will not be returning to this location."
