"Disappointed. The lady at the counter was always texting and the lady making the drinks was on her phone (AirPod) and making mistakes. This shouldn’t be allowed when serving customers."

"The staff are never kind or helpful. The coffee tastes like water. For a children’s hospital, where parents are dealing with some of the most stressful times of their lives, I would think they’d have a better coffee shop. I’ve had to stay many nights there and a good cup of coffee is essential. Sadly you won’t get that or even the slightest bit of hospitality here."

"I realize they’re in a hospital and can be less worried about quality than other places but my god, the food is truly awful. The coffee I’ve had every time is good, no problem there. And the pre packaged burritos they buy from somewhere else are also good. But the pastries, dear god, stay away! Don’t waste your money or harm your taste buds. I’ve had muffins, scones, bear claw, lemon bar and they’ve either been such poor quality or just plain awful and hard to choke down"

"Do not buy the refil cup to get first cup free plus discount like they say... After i paid for it i was told they cant fill it again due to corona .. so no discount next time And then i leave to find out its not even full like what the heck!! And Most of the darn thing is Foan so for 1/2 a cup i paid 10$ for a cup I can no longer get refills on like advertised?"

"Lost a lot a respect from this 5 year patron. My son often hasta have visits and treaments here. Best part of this coffee shop over others was the service of using my own reusable cup. Sometimes a discount was added but that truly didn't matter. Wat mattered was not using the extra paper cup that falls apart before before drink is done anyways. And just to make this visit better.....neither of mine of my wife's preferred flavors were in stock. But were advertised. *update the plastic cups didn't even have the right lids and the drinks didn't match wat was printed or charged. Where did the good staff fromm 2017,18, & 19 go? Shameful service and sales Will be taking my business to one of the close shops that I've been avoiding because this was such a good place."
