"Do not. Do not get the mozzarella sandwich! The description makes it sound like a caprese sandwich on sourdough. This is so disgusting. You’re better off getting McDonalds or something. I feel like I just threw my money on the floor because I’m going to have to try something else somewhere. I just spent $13.50 on some rubbery, fake-ish mozzarella, the tiniest bit of flavorless tomato and some kind of mayo that is DEFINITELY not pesto. 100x worse than your average airport food. Seriously disappointing. Do not eat here. This is not edible. One bite. That’s all I can stand. I am not a picky eater. Update: I threw it out because it was inedible and got a Greek salad at the shop by my gate that was 10x better. I’m flying through Denver again in a few days and I know where I am NOT going to eat."
"DEN has dozens of places to eat and I picked the second saddest. $13.50 (*likely subject to increase) for a sad little turkey (maybe two 1oz slices...) wrap. The "grab and go" kiosks are more compelling. For shame."
"This airport bakery restaurant has straightforward offerings with nothing innovative that wows you. With that said, the straightforward tuna salad sandwich, all things considered, is definitely above average and delicious enough for an airport. The price is ridiculous, and I am frankly tired of people excepting that airport pricing is high. Why does the traveler and the restaurant owner alike have to be punished to pay overpriced rent, commissions, insurance, delivery costs, and taxes potentially levied by Airport landlords and government entities? Airports should be thankful to have good tenants who bring in steady business. Instead, restaurant owners and subsequently the traveler gets punished and pays the price. This reminds me of cities, for example, like Chicago and Boston, New York, San Francisco, and any other large city or municipality that covets and welcomes tourism, but then turns around and punishes every single Visitor with ridiculous taxes for staying at hotels and renting cars. Woody Creek bakery is usually one of the last places that we have chosen to go to when we are at the Denver airport as a result of a flight that landed us in Concourse C. There are far better restaurant choices in Concourse A and B. Again, I am thankful that we were able to get something to eat at Woody Creek bakery, but it is completely no-frills and uneventful. I will say that the employees who work there are super quick and efficient. If you need to get something to eat quick, go to Woody Creek bakery. Oh my gosh, I think it was smash burger or something like that next-door. They had a line “a mile long and they were so so slow.” I was in line and it was not moving for 20 minutes and I had a flight to catch."
"5 stars for the freshness and quality of the sandwich, 3 stars for friendliness (lack there of) of the staff, 4 stars for price (pretty spendy, but it’s the airport) and speed food came out after ordering (about 5 min). The Boulder turkey sandwich was very fresh and good."
