"I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to get a single drink. I tried the new blended Boba fiery lizard drink. The staff put all the bobas on top - it was impossible to mix the drink so the bobas can go to the bottom where the straw is so that I can actually drink them. BOBA GOES IN FIRST, THEN THE LIQUID FYI. The drink tasted like expired red bull for me. Not worth the hype, and very overpriced charging almost $9 for a medium drink."
"I love Dutch Bros and love this location. The line always moves quickly and the baristas are always friendly. Sometimes I want to try something new and sugar free and they always have good ideas and option of how to use their versatile menu to create a great drink. On that note, I am especially appreciative of how many sugar free options they have. The sizes of their drinks are proportional to the cost which is another plus that you don't see at many other coffee shops. Their sticker days are one of my favorite times of the month!"
"Unfortunately, the staff on hand today did not take things too seriously. While their friend was in line in front of me, (the workers handed her the tablet so she probably works here too), they took their sweet time while the line added up behind. 4 cars, no orders taken, yet an employee had the time to come out to her friend's vehicle to show off some videos on her phone. Due to the length of time, I drove away without even ordering. As I left, I heard the girls tell me not to come back. Don't worry, I won't!"
"I love Dutch Bros and I think I’ve always left five star reviews for them. But this location is awful. Drive thru was busy, walk up window wasn’t, but cars that came to drive thru after I placed my order had drinks before I did. Order wasn’t made like I requested and I’m sure they would’ve fixed it, but I didn’t want to wait any longer. Dutch Bros, I want a location in downtown Denver and if we ever get one, please don’t make it like this location."
