Starbucks

"This is a really cute and cozy Starbucks with a super friendly and laid-back (but hardworking and fast) staff. A very hygge vibe, if you’re familiar with that term (I prefer mysigt or gezelligheid personally but those aren’t in the US cultural lexicon atm). Lots of outdoor seating, which would be great in nicer weather as this Starbucks is located in a cute pedestrian-friendly area. Overall, highly recommended - go on down and check it out!"

"Honestly so disappointed over and over again with this location. It’s the closest to my house and work so I try them often and it never gets better! It’s the only location in the area that consistently tastes burnt Every. Single. Time. The employees are friendly but maybe need to renew training on how to make drinks again?"

"I was in line waiting for a barista to make eye contact or signal that they were ready to take my order. There were about 5 of them and no one seemed to be paying attention to the line. Only when an older gentlemen came up behind me did someone notice the line, but they completely skipped over me and helped the gentlemen. I piped in and the barista took my order but didn't apologize for not seeing me. I waited for about 10 minutes and still didn't have my drink. They were busy so I decided to give it another 5 before I said anything. However, people who had ordered after me were getting their drinks. I asked one of the baristas and they had accidentally put my drink in someone's to go order. When the person brought the drink back, the baristas didn't think to check and see if the drink was ordered by someone in the store. Pretty abysmal customer service here."

"People at this store is always very friendly but unfortunately they always make my drinks wrong . I keep coming back in hopes that they’ll do things right but no they don’t . My boyfriend & I ordered drinks , I asked for no whip & still got whip like usual . He ordered a white mocha creme frappe & got the leftovers of my caramel frappe instead ."

"This lovely spot has a large bench in the middle & surrounding seats to accompany it plus winding outdoor seats that circle around the entire Starbucks!"
