"This Starbucks never has consistent service. The lobby is always closed when it should be open, mobile order never works, the drive-through takes eons, and the store never opens on time. The staff are so apathetic and really don’t care about service. This store needs to get it together or just do us all a favor and just close. When you get ripped off by starbucks by paying $7 for a coffee at least show a little bit of empathy. Its sad to say but the Target next door actually has better service and that says a lot."
"The baristas here are the best I've ever seen at a Starbucks. They were patient and remembered me the second time I came. Now they greet me by name when I arrive. Makes me wish they were closer to my home! Months later and this is still the best Starbucks in the area."
"This Starbucks location is the worst one in Denver. They have been dealing with “staffing issues” for years so services are incredibly inconsistent. Some days they are closed when they are supposed to be open, some days the drive through is closed, some days mobile ordering is turned off - all without warning or notice on the store. Save yourself frustration and go to another coffee shop or another store."
"I recently moved into the area and decided to stop by. I was taken back by how dirty the store was. By far, the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve seen. There were 6 employees but somehow there was only 1 person making drinks for 1 drive through window and 1 person making drinks for people on the inside. Poor guy making drinks was clearly new and clueless. I regretted spending $7 on a drink that was subpar. Overall bad experience. Will not be going back there."
"2017:Don't go inside. 2022: followed my own advice didn't go inside and I had a great experience! I was using the app to order with a coupon but I couldn't figure out how to apply it. The barista was super helpful though and got me all set for next time. Oh, and the drinks were exactly as I would expect them to be!"
