"Why say you’re still open and say your machines are down to avoid making drinks?"
"I rarely go to SB as i am not a huge fan of the coffee in general, much less the pomposity of the ordering lingo for the laymen. However, it is rare to go to a coffee shop ANYWHERE, and get my coffee the way I asked for it without a hitch. Hot, 6 shot breve latte with 6 packs of raw/turbinado sugar. Seems simple, I have paid $8 or MORE for it to be wrong many times"
"Very rude barista who was taking orders. I Ordered a frappucino and then she complained to the other barista working, right in front of me, about how customers shouldn't order frappucinos if they want the line to move and the other barista whole heartedly agreed. Will not be coming back to this location as apparently complaining about getting business, in front of customers, is acceptable here."
"I arrived at 1:30pm, its now 1:45 and my drink order still has not been placed. The guy in front ordered $100 worth of $3 gift cards... lol.. this is where a l)second register is needed... 1st and last time... its now 1:50 and i finally have ordered.. Wow!!!! It was worth the wait........ she did a good job on my drink....."
"Went to this Starbucks today in my break of classes. There was no line and even that l spent 10 min waiting for my drink because the attendants were too busy talking to each other. After a while after l paid my drink and waiting, l asked for my drink and she forgot about it because her conversation with her friend. After the "ohhh l forgot" she gave me a wrong drink. I was already late for classes at this point. So she threw that drink away and used the same cup to make me another drink. Ridiculous!!"
