"My daughter and I just got to Denver on vacation. We came to this Starbucks as soon as we got off the train. The staff member at the drive thru was so so nice and friendly, our drinks were perfect and the line moved super quick. A great welcome for us!"

"What Starbucks doesn't have a bathroom??? I've been coming to this location for years and suddenly they claim there's no bathroom?! Wish I would have known this before I ordered my drinks. I would have gladly taken my business elsewhere. Won't be using this location again. It astonishes me the lack of customer service companies have nowadays. They've gotten so spoiled with business they literally feel they have no obligation to provide any customer service anymore. customer service is non-existent in America. Truly concerning and disheartening"
