McDonald's 10863 East I-25 Frontage Road, Longmont, CO 80504

"I went through the drive-through at this location and had to repeat my order multiple times. I understand not being able to hear me. However, the young lady taking my order was rude and snappy about not being able to hear me/or not listening correctly about my order. When I received my meal, the order was still incorrect and I received the wrong drink. When she corrected it and gave me the correct drink, I needed to hand her back the wrong drink because I did not have enough cup holders in my car and drinks were spilling because I couldn't hold everything. She told me she couldn't accept the incorrect drink back. I had to please ask her to throw away the drink because I couldn't manage all of the drinks and they were spilling all over my car. She rolled her eyes and took the drink from me. I don't understand forcing a drink I didn't want on me. She was observing I was struggling to manage all the drinks and they were spilling. I'm not asking for up and beyond service just general service and to be treated decent when paying for food."

"I can't believe how quickly our food was delivered. We ordered through the app, pull into the special parking stall, and our order is brought out to our car. The Big Macs were ordered with no sauce as well as no salt on the meat patties, and they were delicious. They have the best chocolate chip cookies that we often enjoy for dessert. We stop here often. It's our favorite local location."

"This “manager” was very disrespectful. We waited for 5 minutes at the counter until we got any sort of acknowledgement. She was just texting on the phone, While we were waiting i choked on my own spit where she proceeded to tell another coworker go help them i don’t want to get sick. If she looked up instead of being glued to her phone while we were waiting she would understand what was going on especially after going through the drive thru being told to come in store. Is this the type of managers Mcdonald’s hires because this is not okay."

"We went there around 10:20pm tonight (2/27/2023) and ordered a Big Mac meal and a couple other things. The total on the screen said $19.60, so we pull up to the window and no one says anything to us for like 5 minutes. Someone finally came over, didn’t say the total or confirm what our order was and took the money. Brought us back our change then came back and said the total was $1.66 more than what the screen said (whatever, not a big deal, it’s $1.60). She hands us our food and drink (almost forgets the shake). Everything seemed fine until we got home and opened up our Big Mac meal to find that it was just 3 buns, lettuce, cheese and Mac sauce. There was no burgers on it. That was by far the worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s in a long time."

"These people literally gave us 5 burgers with no meat? And when I called the manager was laughing. Real funny. Do not go here. I will be disputing the charge"
