"They usually are speedy and courteous but check your soda flavor and requested food. I'm allergic to dairy so I always sans the cheese and they've put cheese on my sandwich thrice and I get regular coke and have been handed diet...so just double check before you leave"

"Went to pickup my mobile order for breakfast and they canceled all my items because I got to the place 4 mins after 10:29 didn’t get my breakfast food and now I’m a very disappointed customer and I didn’t eat breakfast because of you! Poor system and I will not be coming to this McDonald’s ever again your food is already bad enough for people you’d think maybe you could have some decent service. If I don’t get my refund I will be filing a report for theft with the Denver PD."

"This lobby doesn't open at a consistent time of the day according to the supervisor. It opens some time between 6 and 7 am - when they get enough staff show up to work to run the place. These employees are lazy, and rude - as a worse case senerio. As a best case - they do their job and are unfriendly. Ever since they remodeled this store and put in the self serve kiosks the employees attitudes have gotten worse. They resent waiting on customers, and their attitude reflects this resentment. These aren't young people either; I have come to expect a poor work ethic and lousy attitude from some in their teens, and twenties. These employees are middle aged women who don't seem interested in face to face interactions with customers. My first job was at McDonald's. They have an excellent corporate culture. As far a wages go - entry level fast food workers are getting a decent wage - they could at least make an effort to be courteous, and pleasant. [An entry level us postal service employee is paid less than they are per hour ($16.01).]"
