"Love the double chocolate cupcakes. There is an ample amount of frosting on top of a very moist cupcake. I always thought that cupcakes were a frosting delivery device. : ) Butterscotch Grove understands the mission. They have a nice little shop in Aspen Grove with little bistro chairs to sit down and drink coffee and have a cupcake with your friend if you like. The people that work there are very friendly and very helpful."
