"Soooo my go-to drink if there are concerns on quality is an iced americano. Hard to mess up and easy to make. First time I've been proven wrong. Repeats iced back to me and makes a hot one. No big deal it happens. Starts to pour it into an iced cup, stops, makes a new HOT one in an iced cup and hands me a second cup with just ice it and says "that's how we make it here"... Id rather go to Starf@$ks than this place."
