"How to ruin a world famous brand. Cappuccino was served in a (cold) mug, while the barista had a number of appropriate cappuccino cups standing on top of the machine. The semiautomatic espresso machine managed to make a cappuccino with horrible huge foam bubbles and the espresso taste was washed away by too much milk. Please fix this mess asap. The croissants were at least 2 days old too. Illy should close down this place or fire everyone immediately. At least, the place looks nice."

"Croissants are excellent. We come for the coffee espresso, etc. but the Croissants are as good as in France. They sell out fast, so come early. We drink Illy at home but love this café treasure."

"I would not go here again. Staff is not friendly and interested in itself. I was the only customer and even then they yelled around with my order in stead of bringing it to me. My cappuccino tasted like a caffe latte. Way too much milk. I complained and she just gave me a ‘yes this is a cappuccino’. The cinnamon role was heated and very soft. Not crispy and too hot. I would not recommend this place. For $8.64 there are way better place in Denver I hope."
