"Normally, the service is slow but decent. The staff is usually friendly. Today, they were rude, got my drink wrong twice and then when they finally did get it right, the drink was 1/4 drink and 3/4 foam. See the pictures below- after the foam subsided. I haven't even had a sip yet. I asked if there was even anything in it and she just walked away. Disappointing. Won't be back to this location. Staff needs training badly."
"Relatively quiet, not a lot of tables and they are too close together. Staff was nice and friendly and remember your name. New cloud cold brew cinnamon macchiato...Pretty, I had to add more sweetener, my preference."
