"I've had 4 consecutive visits to this store where I've sworn never to return. I should have stuck with that. Today I thought it was convenient and it had been a month since my last visit and was worth a shot. I ordered black coffee thinking 'you can't screw that up' but I was wrong. It's chunky. When i went to pour it into my insulated cup it was full of grounds. I had to dump it out. Last visit they gave my coffee to the car in front of me and chatted for 2 minutes before the car handed the coffee back to the barista and drove off. The barista handed me the coffee. I had to dump that coffee out too. So if you like throwing money in the street, this is the Starbucks for you! When I called the manager to complain he told me I was unprofessional LOL! Negative 10 stars. Drive to I25 and go to the Starbucks in Thornton or West to Lafayette. This isn't where you want to be."
